from Chapter 37 as well as people from all over New York and New Jersey
have been hit hard due to Sandy, please let us know if you are in need
of specific items for you or any of your neighbors, we have many
supplies coming in from all over the country and we are making sure they
are put to the best use. If you can help, here is a list of supplies
that are in the biggest demand:
Everyday amenities, all hand tools, drills (with
drill bits) hammers, sledge hammers, shovels, heavy duty brooms,
chisels, pry bars (small and large for pulling up floors/tiles), heavy
duty garbage bags, space heaters, utility work gloves, insulated work
gloves, extension cords, hand wipes, hand sanitizer, batteries,
flashlights (large and small), portable floodlights, wet vacs, hand
warmers and feet warmers, generators, NEW ITEMS ADDED TO LIST: reading glasses with hanging chains for the elderly, laundry detergent, hair brushes, larger size diapers (size 5), overnights (pullups), feminine products, lip balm, peroxide, neosporine, mops, mop buckets, face masks, all types of cleaning supplies are in high demand
